Michael joined the firm in 1990, and specialises in property
dispute resolution. He advises on a broad range of
contentious and non-contentious matters including tenant default,
dilapidations, tenant insolvency, problems on assignment and
subletting, contract disputes and squatters/trespassers.
Michael also has experience of investment and occupational sales
and purchases, leases, developments, and funding and
securities.
