Niall joined the firm in 1987 and specialises
in advising charity clients, both large and small, on a wide range
of issues affecting the sector. His experience includes
advising on charity structures, trustees' duties and dealing with
conflict of interest and recovery of monies paid in breach of
trust, restructuring, mergers, dissolutions, re-instatement and
recovery of assets of struck off charities, registration and
fundraising. He is also involved in the resolution of
disputes.
Niall is a member of the CLA and an accredited
mediator for ADR Net. Out of work his interests include rugby
and current affairs.
