Deborah joined the firm in 1981 and is head of our Residential
Property team in Portsmouth. She specialises in all aspect of
residential property work including freehold and leasehold sales
and purchases, mortgages, family loan arrangements, declarations of
trust, tenancies, and transfers of equity.
Deborah is the head of a number of
specialists property teams including: our Bankruptcy Conveyancing
unit, acting on behalf of insolvency practitioners, our Family Law
Property team, our Home Equity Release Scheme team, our Shared
Ownership team and our Buyer’s New Build team.
Out of work Debbie enjoys sub-aqua
diving.
