Mark joined the firm in 1982. He is a
real estate specialist and is particularly involved in the sale and
acquisition of equine, agricultural and rural property, and
property work associated with tax and estate planning
arrangements. He also advises clients on business structures
for rural businesses, landlord and tenant issues and countryside
issues (eg rights of way, sporting rights etc).
Mark is a member of the Agricultural Lawyers'
Association and the Equine Lawyers' Association.
Out of work, Mark enjoys horse-riding,
shooting, fishing, sailing and surfing.
