Simon joined the firm in 2007 and
leads the firm's Corporate Tax team. He advises on the
taxation of UK and international clients, including cross-border
transactions, flotations, M&As, re-organisations, corporate
finance, and venture capital.
Simon also works on real estate
taxes, IP licensing and e-commerce, employment tax and tax on share
options.
Before joining our firm, Simon
led the tax department at the London office of US firm WilmerHale
(previously Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale & Dorr).
