Liam is dual qualified as a barrister and a
solicitor. He has an established practice as an expert in business
landlord and tenant law acting for both landlord and tenant. Liam
has a particular interest in charity retail shops and leads the
firm's growing charity retail team coordinating our work across the
firm in this area acting for a number of national and international
charities with shops as well as an increasing number of hospice
charities.
