Head of Real Estate
Philip leads the Real Estate department. He has many
years' experience of dealing with a wide and diverse range of
commercial property transactions. He has particular expertise
in acquisitions and disposals of investment properties, site
assembly and development work.
Philip also handles leasing and asset
management work, both for investors and occupiers, and secured
lending for borrowers and lenders. His work has included
project management of large, complex deals and long-term
development projects, and strategic advice on property
portfolios.
