Susie joined the firm in 1987 and is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Southampton. For the past 20 years, she has accumulated a wide range of experience in commercial litigation in a number of fields.  As well as handling commercial and professional negligence cases, she has litigated disputes arising out of IT contracts, finance lease agreements, software and services agreements, partnership agreements, agency agreements and employment contracts. Her experience includes obtaining injunctions (eg to freeze assets, to restrain infringement of copyright, to prevent the tampering with evidence), and obtaining evidence in England for use in proceedings in the US. Susie has also successfully resolved a number of disputes at mediation.

Susie is an Intervention Agent for the Solicitors Regulation Authority and a founder member of the Assocation of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers. She is also a CEDR accredited mediator. Susie was awarded an LLM in advanced litigation in 2000.
