Ben is a partner and heads up the Aviation
sector group at Blake Lapthorn. Ben is a transaction specialist
maintaining a general banking and finance workload and specialising
in international aircraft finance and leasing transactions advising
lessors, purchasers and operators on buying, selling and leasing of
commercial aircraft, engines and parts. He routinely advises
purchasers, sellers, financiers and operators on all aspects
applicable to international sale and leasebacks, cross-border
seasonal subleasing, purchases, novations and sales of commercial
airliners, engines as well as private jets and helicopters. Ben
also advises in the arenas of property and pensions finance.
He joined Blake Lapthorn in 2006 after working for three years
in the Corporate Finance department of another large firm based in
the South East of England.
