Mark Grant joined Blake Lapthorn in July
2011 as a partner in the firm's Commercial Real Estate team, based
in Oxford. He specialises in residential development, having
previously worked for three well-known developers, including
servicing the retirement division of one of the UK's most
successful homebuilders, Bovis Homes.
Mark deals with all aspects of
development work, including site acquisitions and disposals,
strategic options, planning promotion agreements and collaboration
agreements. He has experience in site set-ups and having
previously managed a plot sales team is familiar with the onward
sales process, including funders' requirements. Mark acts for a
wide range of commercial clients and developers ranging from large
nationals through to small independent homebuilders.
