Head of Development
Martin joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in
2008. He has a wide range of experience in residential
development matters, acting for both housing associations and
commercial house builder clients. His work includes
site acquisition, disposals, development projects, joint ventures,
nomination agreements and all associated planning and
infrastructure agreements. He works closely with housing
associations in setting up new shared ownership schemes, once sites
have been acquired and supervises the shared ownership plot sales
team.
In 2006, Northumbria University awarded Martin
a post-graduate diploma in advanced commercial property law.
