Alison is a full Board member and head of our Litigation and
Dispute Resolution department which employs around 200 people and
contributes approximately 40% of the firm's fee income. Her legal
background is as a health care litigation specialist, a role for
which she has consistently received recognition in the leading
legal directories.
Alison is lead client partner for some of our largest and most
complex corporate clients. She utilises her knowledge of the firm
(having joined the firm as a trainee in 1984), and her management
expertise, to ensure that our clients receive a coordinated,
efficient and cost effective service.
In addition to her management responsibilities as head of
department, Alison has also been responsible for driving through
some of the firm's key business transformation projects of the last
few years including the establishment of our core values, the
introduction of more efficient case management systems, and our
'highly commended' innovation programme.
