Amanda joined the firm in 1997 and specialises in property litigation. She has particular expertise in the field of landlord and tenant, including possession actions, contested lease renewals and dilapidations claims. She advises landlords on remedies available in the cases of tenant insolvency. Amanda also acts for local and national property developers, retailers, housing associations, public and private companies and letting agents, as well as private individuals. She holds a Diploma in Advanced Litigation from the Nottingham Law School and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
 

Amanda is co-author with Donald Agnew of Neighbour Disputes: a Guide to the Law and Practice the Second Edition of which was published by Wildy Simmonds and Hill in 2011.
