Andrew specialises and has
extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate work
acting for both landlords, tenants, banks and developers of
commercial and residential sites. He has particular experience
in the healthcare sectors and property issues facing partnerships
and arising on joint ventures. Andrew also works closely with a
number of accountants to structure property developments and
businesses in a manner which is both commercial and tax efficient
with particular reference to VAT.
