Head of Health and Safety
John has spent his entire professional life
with the firm, joining as an articled clerk in 1977. He
specialises in regulatory work, advising, assisting and
representing businesses in those areas of commercial life where the
criminal law or penal sanctions are used to regulate business
activity, notably health and safety, environment, competition and
financial services. He also advises on aspects of good
practice, due diligence and general regulatory compliance.
John has a particular professional
interest in health and safety. In addition to client
work, he writes articles, presents training events and lectures at
conferences. He is an affiliate member of the Institution of
Occupational Safety and Health.
