Sadak specialises in asset and debt recovery
and the litigation which flows from cases, including international
recoveries work. He regularly speaks at seminars and conferences,
as well as frequently contributing to Credit Today
magazine, Credit Collections & Risk and other credit
industry journals.
In 1999, Sadak was awarded the Diploma in
Advanced Litigation and has been a tutor on the diploma course
since. He is also an elected committee member of the Wessex Branch
of the Institute of Credit Management.
In his spare time, Sadak is a trustee of the
RSPCA Solent branch, one of the RSPCA's largest shelters.
