Chris handles complex commercial and corporate disputes, often
in multiple jurisdictions. He has particular expertise in the
resolution of disputes between shareholders and those arising from
the sale and purchase of companies. Chris has recently been
instructed in a series of multi-million pound fraud claims,
involving worldwide freezing injunctions.
After working as a Detective Inspector in
the Royal Hong Kong Police, Chris qualified in Hong Kong and worked
for five years at Johnson Stokes & Master (Hong Kong’s largest
law firm) before returning to the UK to join Blake Lapthorn in
2001.
