Christine joined the firm in 1990 and leads the Family team in Oxford.  She specialises in divorce and financial issues on separation, including cohabitatee disputes. She is an accredited Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) Specialist panel member for advanced financial provision and children law, as well as being a member of the Law Society Family Panel and a trained collaborative lawyer. Christine has helped launch collaborative law in the Oxford area and remains involved in the development of this area of dispute resolution. She has undertaken mediation training and is a trustee of Oxford Family Mediation
 

Christine also deals with disputes concerning the validity of Wills, disputes between executors and beneficiaries and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She has experience with contested Court of Protection applications, such as disputes over the registration and use of Enduring/Lasting Powers of Attorney, applications for financial deputyship and statutory will disputes.

Christine is an avid reader and member of a local book group. She enjoys creative writing and is also a book collector. A francophile, she spends a lot of time at her house in the south west of France. Christine is the local area representative for CAFOD (including Fair-trade initiatives) and also enjoys skiing, the theatre and eating out.
