Sarah qualified as a solicitor after a first career in the
health profession. She has practiced exclusively in the field of
employment
law since 2000 and specialises in all aspects, including health
and safety, offering comprehensive and pragmatic commercial advice.
Sarah has particular expertise in employment tribunal claims and is
an experienced advocate. Her first career has given her valuable
insight into and understanding of disability discrimination and
psychiatric injury claims. She represents a wide range of employers
in private and public sectors, including NHS Trusts.
Sarah is a member of our Health and Care sector group.
Sarah provides in-house training to clients and is a regular
presenter at seminars.
