Sean heads the firm's Real Estate team on the south coast. He
specialises in real estate, landlord and tenant and development and
associated environmental issues and regularly acts for developers
of both retail and residential developments from initial
acquisition to final plot sales. He has particular experience
in the retail sector, acting for a number of clients who are
setting up or expanding nationwide chains of outlets. Sean
qualified and worked in the City, specialising in the property side
of the telecommunications industry and then moved to New Zealand
where he practised before returning to the UK in 1995.
