Sarah undertakes work on a broad range of
general commercial disputes, both UK and multi-jurisdictional, with
particular expertise in pre-trial applications for urgent
injunctive relief.
Sarah
has extensive experience within the gambling
sector, working for a variety of clients including UK and offshore
bookmakers, operators of online sports content and gaming, and
land-based casinos.
Part of her practice involves acting
for clients in relation to competition law issues, including
follow-on damages claims and enforcement of private rights under
the EC and national competition rules. Sarah has recently worked on an OFT
investigation into alleged anti-competitive practices.
Sarah has had a number of cases
reported in the High Court. She also accepts instructions from
firms overseas to conduct appeals before the Judicial Committee of
Her Majesty's Privy Council.
Sarah was a keynote speaker at the
'The English Law Week in Moscow', presenting on civil fraud
claims in UK proceedings.
Sarah has a Diploma in UK Copyright and
International Related Rights from Kings College London.
