Daniel leads the Travel team based in Southampton. He is
a specialist in multi-jurisdictional disputes and travel insurance
litigation holding dual qualification from England as a solicitor
and the US as an Attorney at Law. He has worked on the leading
cases involving the implication of the European motor directives on
English law and recovered insurers' outlays worth over $2.5
million.
Daniel's expertise has seen him act for both claimants and
insurers, mostly in contentious matters. He has a particular
specialism in handling foreign personal injury matters, advising
insurers as a result of accidents that have happened abroad and
dealing with general litigation and commercial disputes with an
international or multi-jurisdictional element.
Daniel is a member of the American Bar
