Grahame joined the firm in 1982 and
specialises in commercial property. He has extensive
knowledge of acquisition and disposal of freeholds and landlord and
tenant work, acting for both owners and occupiers. He also
has experience in commercial development projects including setting
up new lease schemes and reconfiguration of existing leases on
redevelopment with related advice on Stamp Duty Land Tax.
Grahame has acted for a national provider of
affordable housing in the private sector. He has been
responsible for setting up reporting systems for clients in both
public and private sectors. He has worked for HM Prison
Service dealing with its property holdings, and in particular
prison officers’ quarters. Since 2003 Graham has carried out
work predominantly for the National Probation Service handling its
broad property portfolio, including acquisition of new offices
under contruction. He also has expertise in securitisation
and is Coroner for Central Hampshire.
