Kath joined the firm in 1994 and leads the firm's Banking
team, and Finance sector group. She has over 20 years’
experience in the Banking and finance sector and acts for clearing
and merchant banks, as well as corporate clients, on a wide range
of financing transactions. These include leveraged and
acquisition finance, syndicated and bilateral lending, structured
finance and securitisation, projects, project financings, swaps,
bonds and other capital markets instruments, and a wide range of
asset financings. Kath’s wider expertise includes finance in
the not-for-profit sector, collective investment schemes and funds,
and general financial services advice.
