Oliver joined the firm in 1996 and is a real
estate specialist. He advises on all types of transactions
relating to commercial, rural, agricultural and equine property
including sales and purchases, and commercial and agricultural
tenancies. He also handles planning and environmental
aspects, and has particular expertise in dealing with contaminated
land. Oliver advises on all countryside issues including
rights of way and diversification. He also deals with
development projects, including acquisitions and disposals; and
options and overage agreements.
Oliver is a member of the Agricultural Law
Association and United Kingdom Environmental Law Association.
