Richard joined the firm in 1996, after running his own practice
for 11 years. Richard specialises in corporate work and has
many years’ experience of commercial mergers and acquisition,
including the merger of Kerry Van Sales with Northern Foods "Direct
to Store" business, which involved in excess of 2,000
employees. He has also played a key role in the firm's own
mergers.
