Bridget joined the firm in 1995 and has a
wide range of experience focused in particular on outsourcing and
TUPE. Bridget is an expert on recruitment and resourcing
issues, providing specialist advice to both suppliers and end users
of staffing services across Europe and beyond. She advises on
recruitment process outsourcing and other HR outsourcing, as well
as status of workers and atypical workers, including agency
workers, freelancers, limited company contractors and commercial
agents.
Bridget's expertise includes advising on the
personnel aspects of outsourcing and corporate transactions,
including the transfer of staff under TUPE and the wider European
implications. In addition, she advises on data protection in the
workplace and drafts service agreements, contracts of employment,
staff handbooks, policies and procedures.
Bridget speaks French and German. She
regularly presents talks at conferences and seminars on issues such
as TUPE, regulation of the recruitment industry and status of
workers.
