Blake Lapthorn's recruitment procedures are regularly reviewed to ensure that applications are attracted from as wide and diverse a pool of applicants as possible.  This applies to the location and design of job advertisements as well as ensuring that job descriptions, person specifications, application forms and any other sources of recruitment information are free of any language that could be considered to cause indirect discrimination.
