progress update: eco towns

Blake Lapthorn's Climate Change sector group was pleased to welcome Tim Fenn, Director of P3Eco Limited, on 3 March 2010 as its first green breakfast speaker of the fourth series.  Tim talked about the Bicester Eco Town Development. 

P3Eco Limited is the consortium responsible for building the homes at the proposed Bicester Eco Town Development. Tim is also a director of ECO2H2O which focuses on the design and construction of high thermal mass, timber framed, eco houses: the ECO2H2OUSE. He is also the vice chair of the Oxfordshire Construction Training Group which is developing the Green Card Builders Accreditation Scheme.
