Following the scrapping of the recycling payments last October, the
subsequent consultation and passing of the CRC Energy Efficiency
Scheme (Amendment) Order 2011, which came into force on 1
April, we revisited the parameters of Carbon Reduction Commitment
Energy Efficiency Scheme and what is means for those affected,
including landlords and tenants.
