On behalf of the POCLA Committee, Blake Lapthorn's Proceeds of Crime team was delighted to invite POCLA members to its 2010 AGM and summer drinks reception. Moore Stephens LLP very kindly hosted the reception at its offices.

5.15 pm - AGM - Chairman, Andrew Mitchell QC

6.15 pm - presentation by His Honour Judge Michael Hopmeier

6.30 pm - close of AGM followed by POCLA members summer drinks reception

The drinks reception provided members with a further opportunity to socialise and network with colleagues, reflect fondly on memories of our well-attended educational and training events and our Annual Dinner, and look ahead to another year of the Association assisting to ensure application of best practice in proceeds of crime matters before the civil and criminal courts.
