The first in our regular series of breakfast seminars for 2010 took place at Blake Lapthorn's Southampton office on Friday 21 May 2010.  Paul Rippon, a consultant solicitor in our Insolvency and Business Recovery team, discussed the thorny question of future rents as an expense of an administration in the light of recent Goldacre case.  How does it affect landlords, managing agents and insolvency practitioners, and how can we work together to maximise recoveries?  Paul's slides can be viewed below.
