Peter joined the firm in 1989 and specialises in
gambling and business investigations. He has acted for
clients across the gambling sector, both land-based and
remote. In particular, he has been advising on internet
gambling for a number of years now and assists clients in a variety
of different gambling jurisdictions around the world with
regulatory and commercial issues.
Peter has a varied business investigation
practice including representing tax payers in relation to HMRC
enquiries and defending fraud, money laundering or other white
collar prosecutions. He also has experience in dealing
with broader regulatory matters including environmental, food
safety, gang master licensing, trading standards and
immigration
Peter is a member of the Society for the Study
of Gambling and the International Bar Association (Business Crime
Section). Out of work, he enjoys art.
