Nick specialises in resolving complex contractual and commercial disputes (whether they be in court or arbitral proceedings), particularly in the technology, outsourcing and financial services sectors . His work is frequently of an international nature. It includes advice on intellectual property and licensing, internet content, computer misuse, breach of warranty claims, partnership and minority shareholder disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty and confidence, civil fraud and commission claims. His recent cases include acting for an international telecoms company in a multi-jurisdictional dispute to recover in excess of US $20 million worth of telecoms equipment and a multi million pound cross border breach of trust/fraud claim. He regularly represents international clients both in the UK and abroad and has a wealth of experience of working for and with overseas lawyers.

Nick is a board member of EuroITCounsel (a European network of independent IT and outsourcing lawyers).
