Our Real Estate team regularly represents overseas clients, both
individual and corporate, in transactions involving real estate in
the UK. We provide a complete service covering all aspects of
commercial and residential property, including sales and purchases,
property investment, property development, landlord and tenant and
property joint ventures. Where necessary, we liaise with our other
teams who provide advice on corporate aspects and matters such as
planning, construction, environmental and tax issues. This enables
us to assist overseas clients with no previous dealings in the UK,
or with UK real estate, as well as those who are already familiar
with the real estate industry over here.

aspects of UK real estate. For example, if an overseas buyer wishes

appropriate agents with experience in the required market sector
