Separating from a partner can be straightforward. However,
difficulties often arise in resolving how and when to separate and
what arrangements are made for children; and one of the most
complex and time-consuming aspects of separation or divorce can be
the negotiation of a financial settlement so that both parties can
move on with their lives. We also provide advice on a range of
other matters arising out of a relationship breakdown, including
business and asset disputes and children issues. But we are not
just there for when things go wrong – the team has a depth of
expertise and experience in other areas, including
cohabitation issues, pre-marital agreements and civil partnership
issues.
