evolving to meet our clients’ needs
Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons has published a
review of its progress for 2006-2007.
This period saw momentous growth for the firm,
with two mergers in 2006. The cumulative expertise now within
the practice is wide-ranging, with over 30 specialist fields and 46
solicitors ranked as leaders in their field*.
The review includes a foreword from managing
partner, Walter Cha, who has led the firm through four mergers
since 2001. He comments: “My aim is to nurture the
sense of optimism within the firm and continue to drive our
business forward.” Future plans include expansion in
both London and its regional practices.
The benefits of Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons'
success extend to clients and staff. With a
budgeted turnover of in excess of £50 million for
2007/2008, and over 800 personnel, the firm is now a major
employer in the southern region. Clients can call upon a full
range of services, whether the advice required is for corporates,
not-for-profit organisations or individuals.
The essence of the firm’s work style is
encapsulated in four key values: flexibility, excellence,
commitment and accessibility. Testimony to this are the
highlights of client work and independent research, which can
be found in the review.
