Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons appoints
new partner in Real Estate Dispute Resolution team
Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mark Brassey as a partner in its Real
Estate Dispute Resolution team. Mark will be based in the
firm's London office where he will work closely with the Real
Estate team in developing and growing the dispute resolution
practice there to meet the needs of its expanding client base.
Mark joins Blake Lapthorn Tarlo Lyons from
Rooks Rider where he was head of the property litigation department
and brings with him 12 years experience. He has in-depth
knowledge of all aspects of commercial and residential property
litigation work including advising landlords and tenants,
possession actions, injunctions, disputes arising from auctions
including misrepresentation and also reported Court of Appeal
Cases
Mark regularly writes articles for the media
including Retail Week, Solicitors Journal, Estates Gazette and
Property Law Journal, and also runs ongoing seminars to clients and
property professionals including the Junior RICS. Mark is
also a member of the Property Litigation Association.
