To achieve this we will provide internal and external training and will support staff who wish to undertake courses of study and professional qualifications.  The firm recognises the importance of learning and personal development as the most appropriate means of improving individual performance, facilitating career progression whilst adapting to new client demands and working methods.

In addition, we operate a mentor / buddy system and you will receive support from your team on the specific systems, processes and knowledge required in your role.
