structured training and induction programmes

All new recruits will receive induction training at the start of their employment.  Structured training programmes are created for each individual and will include:

• introduction to the firm and our core values
• client care and professional standards
• full IT training on bespoke systems together with Microsoft applications, including Word and Outlook
• instruction on our procedures and processes
