Mark is a real estate specialist and is particularly
involved in the sale and acquisition of equine, agricultural and
rural property, and property work associated with tax and estate
planning arrangements. He also advises clients on business
structures for rural businesses, landlord and tenant issues and
countryside issues (eg rights of way, sporting rights etc).
Mark is a member of the Equine Lawyers Association and the
