Sarah qualified as a solicitor after a first
career in the health profession. She has practiced exclusively in
the field of employment law since 2000 and specialises in all
aspects, including health and safety, offering comprehensive and
pragmatic commercial advice. Sarah has particular expertise
in employment tribunal claims and is an experienced advocate. Her
first career has given her valuable insight into and understanding
of disability discrimination and psychiatric injury claims. She
works with a wide range of organisations of all sizes in a wide
range of sectors.
Sarah is a member of our Agricultural and
Equine sector group and advises clients about the particular
employment issues within that industry including the impact of the
Agricultural Wages Order.
