on the latest legal developments for the process of converting to
academy status and the issues faced post-conversion.

Stephen Murfitt, Professional Regulatory partner, Blake
Lapthorn Stephen has worked with many schools and
colleges as well as the Institute for Learning and the General
Teaching Council. Academy schools will be responsible for
regulatory issues such as discipline food, environment and health
and safety. Stephen focused on disciplinary issues with recent case
studies. |
