Elizabeth has
an established reputation as a charities specialist, and
currently heads our Charities, Education and Social
Housing group (CHESH). She advises not-for-profit
organisations and charities on governance, trading, fundraising,
corporate structures, mergers and partnering ventures. Elizabeth is
a member of the Charity Commission panel of Receivers and Managers
and Approved Intermediaries and is a member of the Executive
Committee of the Charity Law Association (CLA), and gives lectures
on charity law.
