Adrian provides legal advice and business
solutions to charities, not-for-profit and commercial organisations
within the education sector. He combines a practical and
pragmatic approach with in-depth sector knowledge. Adrian’s
particular areas of expertise include governance, legal structures
and constitutions; incorporations, mergers, re-organisations and
acquisitions; all aspects of charity law and practice; charity land
issues (including permanent endowment); fundraising; contracts and
compliance. Adrian is a member of the Charity Law Association
and the Education Law Association. He regularly lectures and
writes on education and charity law issues and is a university
visiting lecturer.
