Robert has been advising and representing
social landlords for over 20 years. He has a wealth of
experience in the legal aspects of housing management, in
particular tackling anti-social behaviour. He drafts all types of
occupancy agreements and has drafted the master copy tenancy
agreement for four major Housing Associations. In addition,
he provides advice on service charges and rent reviews.
Robert also provides tailored training for clients on many housing
management issues.
Robert co-founded the Social Housing
Department of Coffin Mew & Clover (now Coffin Mew LLP).
He also founded the Social Housing practice at Clark
Willmott. Robert has presented many seminars for Housemark
and is often asked to speak at both NHF and CIH events. He
has had several articles published in "Insidehousing". Robert
was named in the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession 2007
edition as a leader in his field and described as "frank and
responsive". Robert is a member of the CIH.
