• We were instructed by Magna Housing in a dispute with a major building contractor.  This claim arose from defective works discovered in construction of development of 49 properties.  Dispute settled with payment in our client's favour for the sum in the region of £500,000.

• We acted for a Thames Valley-based housing association for the rights of Vodafone to position masts on our client's property.  Subsequently, we advised the client about tenants 'sit-in' at site in an attempt to prevent construction work proceeding.

• We advised a Thames Valley–based housing association on development of an agreement with Wimpy for the construction and acquisition of affordable housing.

• We acted for a nationally based housing association, providing ad-hoc advice for development agreements and breaches of construction contracts.
