- We acted for Hyde Housing on a Section 106
Agreements for a large development. We were able
to persuade the local authority to grant the planning permission in
advance of the Section 106 Agreement being executed.
- We acted for Pilgrim Homes where the local
authority wanted to charge £250,000 for access by our client over a
'ransom strip', without which our client would not have been able
to have proceeded with their proposed development of affordable
housing. We were able to successfully resolve this matter for
our client, so the development was permitted without any payment to
the local authority.
