Mary has a very broad base of corporate and commercial legal experience.  Her approach is to work with her clients so that she understands the commercial issues which they face and they understand the legal issues which apply.  Her approach is practical and down to earth and she takes an active interest in her clients' businesses.  Whilst primarily now specialising in commercial contracts and competition law, she is also highly experienced in structuring company and business acquisitions alongside her colleagues in the Corporate team.
