Stephen has been a partner
at Blake Lapthorn since 1977. He specialises in commercial
litigation with particular reference to all aspects of construction
and engineering disputes, intellectual property law, information
technology and computer law, and commercial disputes. He is
experienced in dealing with the High Court, including the
Technology and Construction Court, and the County Court. He also
has experience of adjudication and both domestic and international
arbitration. In 1997 he was awarded an LLM in Advanced Litigation
with a distinction.
